What this work is

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between the body and the nervous system.

Many of the patterns we experience — stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected — are not just mental, they are held in the body.

In this work, we use body awareness, breath, and gentle practices to help you understand how your nervous system is responding, and to support it in finding more balance and regulation.

This is a practical, grounded approach to feeling more stable, present, and connected.

• Tantra practices to generate more aliveness and arousal in the body
